InVision AG Awarded as Great Place to Work for the Fourth Time in a Row

The Düsseldorf-based software company InVision AG, the company behind injixo, has once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work® for the year 2024. As part of the "Great Place to Work® Certified" program, the independent Great Place to Work® Institute Germany examines how organizations shape their workplace and corporate culture. Important aspects of the study are, above all, respect, trust, team spirit, fair management, and active employee development.

The certification program includes an independent, anonymous employee survey as well as an analysis of company structures and people development. In the survey, which was conducted in November 2023, the areas of community and team spirit, fairness and justice as well as friendliness once again received the highest ratings from InVision’s employees. In terms of individual statements, 99% and 100%, respectively, agreed that the company embraces diversity and equal opportunities and values everyone equally, regardless of age, origin, nationality, gender, or sexual orientation.
